Information we collect from Customers

The data we collect includes:

• Name, email address, & mobile phone number
• Artist’s mark (for identifying art works)
• Additional information you may choose to provide us to assist us in helping you meet your goals or connect with the community

We do not collect Payment information ourselves, but our electronic payment processor does collect and store payment information for the sole purpose of charging for our products and services.

What we do with Information we collect

The Wheel House of New Hampshire collects and requires customer information to:

• Maintain effective communication as required to deliver our products and services
• Uniquely identify members and customers as
  • the owners of art works we hold and process, and as
  • entitled to services we perform on their behalf
• Collect payment for products and services we provide
• Share updates about our offerings, or general writings about The Wheel House, ceramic arts, or personal experiences, suggestions, or inspirations

We never sell your information to any other parties. If other parties request your information, we’ll get your permission before sharing it with them.

How we handle customer data

Other parties who store or process your information on our behalf are required to follow appropriate data protection practices, must store the data inside the United States, and are not authorized to use your information for any purpose beyond the performance of our business.

As a matter of express and practiced policy, we take care not to expose your personal information to others by publishing it online or leaving it accessible to others outside the studio in physical form.

To encourage an open and inclusive community setting, we treat your name and artist’s mark as freely shared knowledge intended to be visible inside the studio itself, where we encourage members to wear name tags and where we label spaces, work, and more using members’ and students’ names.
