We offer consignment sales of members’ finished works of art. The service is optional and not guaranteed or committed by The Wheel House in any way or for any period of time.

Requirements and Terms:

• Only active Members may consign their works
• Artists must remain in active communication with The Wheel House. Unacknowledged communications will result in permanent termination of the consignment relationship.
• Artists must submit a W-9 form and will receive a 1099-NEC form from us as necessary at the end of the year.
• Consignors must agree to the terms and sign the agreement which establishes the relationship.
• The Wheel House may limit the amount and location of space used to display your works for sale and will solely decide where and how to present the works, but we’re open to your suggestions.
• Works that have occupied display space for more than 6 months may be returned to the artist.
• Artists must agree to receive payment via ACH “direct deposit” to a valid bank account.
• The Wheel House retains a consignment fee, currently 30% of the sale price.
• Ownership of the works is retained by the artist, who may withdraw them at any time. The artist accepts all risks to the works due to their being on display in a public place, mishandled, etc.
• Works left in The Wheel House’s possession 15 or more days after the consignment relationship has ended will be considered abandoned by the artist and may be disposed of at the company’s discretion.
